I'm currently trying to switch from NMM onto Vortex, and Vortex has not been as intimidating. Opening the file will just open NMM which I thought I deleted.

NMM doesn't show up when I use the search feature (I'm on Windows 10) and there is no folder for NMM, but when I try to install something like SKSE, it gives me the the SKSE file, but with a NMM logo on it. The second problem is that I tried to uninstall NMM of my computer and on paper, it looked like it worked. Can I 100% erase Skyrim by deleting that "Skyrim Special Edition" folder of the "My Games" and the "common" folder in "Steam apps"? I'm going to try to erase all data of Skyrim off my computer for a fresh start in modding, but when I go to use the uninstall feature on Steam (Where I bought it originally) it says that it will still be saved to the My Games folder on my PC. I just saw you comment and thank you, but now I have a bigger problem.
